7 DAYS Tour: Magoroto forest, Tanga & Zanzibar

Day 1: Transfer to Magoroto Forest

Pickup from either Tanga or Dar es salaam or Moshi or Arusha & drive to East Usambara mountains where Magoroto forest is located & relax by the lake as well as swimming, fishing, Rafting & canoeing. At night Play board games, enjoy drinks on bonfire with music & overnight by the lake.

 Day 2: Magoroto Forest

enjoy the lush rain forest with rare plants and bird species by walking through the old palm oil plantation, waterfalls up the village. Learn about organic spice production such as cardamom, pepper, cloves, vanilla, cinnamon, tea, and many other useful plants. You will overnight by lake and relaxing there.

Day 3: Tanga to Zanzibar

After breakfast by the lake, departing for Tanga through Amboni Caves & urithi Tanga Museum then flying to Zanzibar. 30 minutes flying from tanga to Zanzibar where our guide will pick you & transfer to the hotel for relaxation & our Zanzibar experienced & knowledgeable guide will brief about your stay & all tours you will do in Zanzibar.

Day 4: Stone Town, Prison Island & Kuza cave

After breakfast, you will start your day in Zanzibar with Stone town tour. This is walking guided tour in the streets of stone town where you will to explore the hidden history & culture. Then enroute to Prison Island a home of giant tortoise then drive to Kuza cave for relaxation & swim with sea turtle.

Day 5: Safari Blue trip (Full day trip)

After early breakfast our guide shall pick you from the hotel & drive to the area where you will sail in a traditional wooden dhow boat through sandbank then snorkel & spot dolphins.

The village of Fumba will be your casting off point for the tour, where your crew shall hoist the sails to guide you into the bay, a marine conservation area. The uninhabited islands, sandbanks and reefs make it the picture-perfect spot for guided snorkelling . You can even walk over a sandbank and look out for dolphins.

Day 6: Jozan Forest & Spice Farm (Half day)

After breakfast, your day shall start with a drive to Jozan forest where You will walk through nature trail, you might spot some mammals like red colobus monkey, antelopes & other animals include some bird species. After Jozan forest guided tour enroute to the spice farm where you will get know why Zanzibar is also known as the spice island.

Day 7: Departure
